The 7th International Conference on Creative
Expression, Communication and Dementia is being held at the
Institute of Health and Society at the University of Worcester (UK),
September 6 & 7, 2012, with pre-conference
workshops on September 5, 2012. The overall theme
of the conference is Health, Aging and the Creative Arts.
The conference welcomes the participation of academics, researchers,
practitioners and the public at large. It provides an excellent
opportunity for networking, exchanging ideas and gaining insights
into new trends and developments that can improve the lives of well
seniors and seniors with cognitive impairments. This year, the
conference is hosted by The Association of Dementia Studies
at the University of Worcester (UK), in collaboration with
The Society for the Arts in Dementia Care (Canada).
